I first met Coach Christine two years ago. I had been running for 2 years and had come to a standstill in my training for my first half marathon. I immediately meshed with Christine and love her supportiveness and positive training. With her guidance I completed my half in October of 2023.
Fast forward to 2024 and I have injured my hip which required therapy and a totally different type of coaching. Christine again worked with me with the goal this time of getting back on my feet and running again pain free.
